Renunciation is one of the issues. Important in training people. That is to say overlooking one’s mistakes, man gives the opportunity to him to return and correct himself. Now it is the question: who is the role of renunciation in training others? And what is the prophet’s and his family’s life style in this regard? In this article, a descriptive and analytic method, a library method as well as a sampling method is used and concludes that overlooking method is useful in training other peoples and help the man to save himself in dangerous conditions. The prophet and his family also have practiced renunciation. Because although some people insulted the prophet (pbuh) and his family, they respected them apparently and they overlooked their impolite behaviors. And this method was useful in their correction and training. That is, the renunciation method helps the people to find the opportunity for penitence, causes munificence, hinders contumacy, attracts prophet’s family, etc. so the student’s parents can use this method. Throughout history, women had not had a high rank and would often face cruelty. However, by daily increasing awareness of man and rapid social and human advances, the question aroused as to what is the real rank of women in society and family. In the present era, recognizing woman’s character is important from the standpoint of Islam. In Islamic community and as a consequence of the subtle school of Islam, woman educates and raises religious and hard- working people in addition to recovering her subtle statue in family. In this regard, the present research aims at investigating the role of Islamic culture in developing family and woman’s character. The present research is of the practical ones. The method of the present study is surveying. Throughout history, women have proven their value with deserve. Although the life teachings of Islam has had much influence in the way of making the personality of women alive, many facts have been concealed behind ignorance and superstition and women’s society has not yet been able to benefit Islamic culture as it should. Family violence is a result of complicated factors which in some cases, lack of criminalization, lack of explicit point of view in law and the silence of the legislator contribute to its expansion. Unfortunately despite all the criticisms, the legislator named again adulterer an adulteress as instances of Mahdour al-Dam in article 203 of the new law of Islamic punishment and has issued the permission of murder in bed for husband, which can be considered and studied as a significant example of family violence. In this research, authors are recogniting the subjects of murder in bed, believing in sheding adulterer’s and adulteress blood with immunity and they believe that this subject is a clear example of family violence. Meantime, a question arises that “How the husband can kill both of them without any trial and hearing defencive reasons and evidences?”. According to the words of Islamic jurisprudents, it is clear that they arenot in agreement on the giving the permission of murder in bed to the husband. Finally it should be recalled that the legislator should do his best to remove legal articles which themselves can be the basis of crime and can increase allowance of private justice and personal revenges and family violence cases. Achieving transcendent and strong families is not possible except by adorning oneself with moral virtues and the participation of all family members. In this, patience and forbearance have a special place; From the perspective of the religion of Islam, faith, worship, honor and dignity of the soul, without patience, consistency and permanence, and education and propagation of religion, is not possible without it. Families are strengthened by patience and endurance, emotional needs are met, individuals are freed from social isolation and loneliness, couples are perfected, and generational survival is achieved. In the Holy Qur'an, the most basic principle in behaviour and interaction between couples is mentioned as " Consorting with them in an honourable and right manner". In other words, the Holy Qur'an mentions the criterion of association with one's spouse as the " Maruf" principle. The Qur'anic phrase , in the relations between couples has a wide meaning and many examples, which in a general division is divided into two parts, examples with a jurisprudential nature and examples with a moral nature. The present study intends to examine the functions and role of this Quartic phrase according to its moral nature in the relationship between couples. The moral instances of " Consorting with them in an honourable and right manner " are generally divided into common instances between the couple and specific instances of each. Love, patience and mutual support of couples to each other are the most important moral examples of this rule. Love is a factor that prevents the collapse of the family and the tolerance and mutual support of couples to each other is a factor to create intimacy and peace between couples, which therefore play a key role in family stability. In this regard, benevolence, counselling and caring for the wife are considered moral examples specific to the man, and obedience, humility and protection of the husband's secrets and property in his absence are specific examples for the woman under this rule. Today, the moral and legal realm of financial rights of couples can be studied in various jurisprudential and legal dimensions. Since ethics and law are two issues included in the legislation of each country, it can be said that these two areas are an important source of legislative policy of each country in the legislation. Hence, the financial rights and assets of the couple are formed in the direction of morality. The financial rights of couples, in their broad dimensions, include rights such as dowry, halving property, alimony, retribution, etc., each of which is applied in laws such as civil law and family protection law with a special regulation, he's got a special place. In French law, this type of law is also examined under the rules and jurisprudence. In Iranian law, according to Article 1102 of the Civil Code, by concluding a marriage contract, the rights and obligations of the couple, including the financial rights of the husband, are established against the wife, and as a result, after the dissolution of the marriage and separation, The husband is to pay alimony, to be aborted, because one of the principles and means of obligation is marriage. This issue is different in Iranian law regarding the demand for dowry and halving of property and retribution, etc., and these rights can also be demanded by terminating or dissolving the marriage contract. In French law, rights such as claiming alimony can be claimed by the wife in different circumstances, and this issue is mentioned in Articles 212, 270 and 301 of the French Civil Code, and in some respects, the division of property in this country has rules and regulations. It is special. Therefore, the purpose of writing this article is to examine the legal and moral status of financial rights and assets of couples after divorce in the law of Iran and France, which has been studied according to the library method, and as a result it can be said that financial rights and In some cases, the property of the couple has been considered in Iranian and French law and has a suitable position, and ethics has been considered as the basis of the legislative policy of these lawsuits in the judicial procedure. Present research is conducted to determine the impact of family, religiosity and commitment to traditional value (modernization negation) on employees’ work ethic in Ilam Petrochemical Company. It is an applied study in terms of its purpose while in terms of methodology, it is survey-type explanatory one. Its population consists of all staff (n = 226) in Ilam Petrochemical Company determined by sample volume table of Cohen and Krejcie & Morgan. A questionnaire is used to collect relevant data. Work ethic with C. Petty’s inventory (1990), modernization and family with structured questionnaire, religiosity with Glozari’s summarized questionnaire (2000) were measured by Cronbach’s alpha and stability ratios of 0.82, 0.81, 0.79 and 0.76 respectively. The results from data analysis by regression test and path analysis indicate that based on religiosity and commitment to traditional values, family forecasts almost 40% of changes in employees’ work ethics. Likewise, family, religiosity and modernization negation have direct and indirect impacts on work ethics. Manuscript profile
